Highlights

The Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta is an annual event at the Omni Aviation Complex in Clark Field, Angeles City, Pampanga. It features multicolored hot air balloons with more than a hundred balloon pilots from around the world. This three to four day hot air balloon event is the biggest aviation sports event in the Philippines.  The festival also features a number of events in skydiving, flag jumps, micro light and rocketry demonstrations, small plane fly-bys and fly-ins, remote-control airplane and helicopter flying exhibitions, freestyle aerobatics, precision maneuvers, light airplane balloon bursting, ultra-light flying formation and bomb dropping, kite-making and choreographed kite-flying, hi-start launch gliding, pylon racing, banner towing, aero-modeling symposium and races between ultra lights and motorcycles. Remarks

Minimum of 12 passengers to run the tour to be pooled by the Tour Operator. RATE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE Reservations can be made through email (j8travelonline@yahoo.com.ph) or fax (+63 2 5206182) only. Deadline for reservation with 50% down payment is 2 weeks before travel date/s Full payment must be settled 3 days before the tour. All payments made are non-refundable and rebookable but transferable to another person who must travel on the same date. Only 1 backpack is allowed per passenger. No trolley bags allowed. Payment for extra bag is equivalent to ONE PERSON Each tour group has 1 driver/tour guide. This is a backpacking trip. Dress light and pack light.

Payment

All payments must be deposited to BDO Account Number 2300123904 Account Name J8 TRAVEL SERVICES CORPORATION. Credit card payment is not accepted. All reservation and full payment must be done through bank deposit. No other form or means is available. Please email scanned deposit slips to j8travelonline@yahoo.com.ph. You will then be issued a service voucher which you need to present to our tour guide before departure.

J8 Travel Services, its employees, and/or sub-agents shall be responsible only for making arrangements as your travel agent. It shall not be responsible and liable for any accident, loss, injury, and damage to property in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrence or defects of vehicles, breakdown of equipment, acts of God, strikes, civil disturbances, theft, delay or cancellation or change in the itinerary.  Baggage is at owner’s risk throughout the trip.  J8 Travel reserves the right to terminate servicing any participant who in its opinion is prejudicing the harmony of the tour group, a burden to the group or for any reason by his/her conduct hinders the successful operation of the tour.  All quotations/proposals are not finalized and must not be construed as a contract or an offer that such is available anytime. Payments constitute agreement to this condition and future amendments thereof.
